Courtney communicated consistently with our vendors to make sure deliveries were set and they knew where to go and be on our wedding day. I am a control freak and she worked closely with me to make sure all the details were in order leading up to wedding day so I did not have to worry. It made the planning process much less stressful and Courtney was extremely responsive and supportive via email (as well as over the phone whenever questions came up!). We seriously had the best vendors thanks to her recommendations. And the day-of planning made our day SO enjoyable and entirely stress free. Courtney and Jackie thought of every single little detail throughout the day and catered to our every need (including going over everyone's roles for the ceremony so it went smoothly, making sure we got to eat our appetizers, having a drink ready for us post-ceremony, and making sure we had a moment to breathe and enjoy with just each other and so much more..I could seriously go on and on). In addition they were so fun to be around and we really appreciated their company and friendship by the end of the night. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding thanks to them. They are the absolute best!!

One of the best choices we made for the wedding was to work with Courtney and Jackie at Events with Ease! From the very first conversation with Courtney she was incredibly professional, explaining the wedding process, answering all of my questions, and was very genuine and friendly. She's also very organized! You could just feel that she could be leaned on. The weeks leading up to and the day of my wedding she helped me so much, especially with vendor and venue communication and overall making sure everything went smoothly on the wedding day. I really trusted her. She and Jackie helped with event set up, including a Wal-Mart trip to find a steamer the day before the wedding, and everything looked amazing! I also loved to see how she and Jackie worked together and communicated with each other - what a great duo. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I could not have been happier with my experience with Courtney! She was without a doubt the glue that held my day together and the hand I reached for when I had questions! She was always accessible by phone to talk me through my worries and followed my crazy mind as I tried to piece everything together for our perfect backyard wedding! If you are hesitant, take this as your sign. You NEED a day of coordinator especially if you are throwing a backyard wedding. You need someone that is on your team doing the day of set up of all your decor and little candles and signage, last minute touches, wiping benches, the list goes on (because you can't leave everything set up the night before trust me) Courtney gave me the ability to enjoy my day and enjoy getting ready without being bothered by vendors! She was simply the best. She was excellent at her job and it showed.
She reached out to everyone before hand so vendors knew who to reach out to the day of. Everything went so smoothly and I really can't say enough good things. 10/10 would recommend! She made my wedding my dream come true and it wouldn't have gone nearly as flawless if I didn't have her and her assistant Jackie there!

I honestly don't even know where to start with how amazing Courtney was as our day of coordinator (and just as an overall person). We knew 10 minutes into our first chat on the phone that we wanted to work with her. She has the perfect mix of friendly and relatable mixed with not messing around when it comes to getting things done. She was super easy to talk to and work with all the way through the wedding. She made the long drive to do the rehearsal the night before the wedding and somehow wrangled an entire crazy wedding party and two sets of anxious parents with no problem and tons of patience. On the day of the wedding her and her assistant Jackie made sure everything was FLAWLESS. There were a few minor things that went wrong before the wedding (as they typically do) and we never had any idea until our friends told us the day after. Courtney and Jackie handled everything without ever having to contact us, and were amazing to work with throughout the wedding day. They kept everything running smoothly, made sure our reception and ceremony looked absolutely gorgeous, and having them there was almost like having two friends we've known for years at our wedding. Courtney is absolutely amazing at what she does and as a person in general and I would recommend her to any of my friends and family knowing that she'll make sure your day is absolutely perfect.

I've known Courtney all my life, literally. She is my older sister, my maid of honor and also was my wedding coordinator. It may seem like a lot to ask someone to do, but I knew if anyone could handle it, it would be her. Ever since we were children she was in charge of planning fun activities, either with my brother and I or her friends, and her birthday was the party that everyone looked forward to every year. In college her house was the funnest house to go to for special event parties like Halloween and New Years. When she worked at the Boys and Girls club, she quickly rose amongst the ranks and took charge of planning their daily and weekly activities, and it was no surprise to anyone. So when she told me that she was going to start an event planning business, it seemed forehead slappingly obvious that this was what she was meant for. When it came to my wedding, I stressed a lot about stupid things, like having to small talk with all my guests, and if I would trip while making my entrance and rip my dress. Did I worry about anything important? Absolutely not. I knew my sister would take care of everything and the day would go smoothly, because she always has. And it was perfect! The thing about weddings is you (hopefully) only ever do them once, and don't know the amount of work that goes into running one. There's a lot of small and big details and planning that go into making the day memorable and running as smoothly as possible not just for you but for the guests, the DJ, and caterers, and everyone else who have to all work together in sync. This is why a coordinator is essential, because they think of things you would never imagine you would need or want. For example, I totally forgot about decorations for the bride and groom table, but she didn't, and that morning she comes to me with a variety of things to set up and asked me what I wanted. When the linen company didn't ship enough of the white tablecloths for all the tables, she found some others of a different color and made it look like we did it on purpose. She was the general in charge of the army that set up everything and turned my parent's backyard into a beautiful wonderland, while I sat getting my makeup and hair done, listening to music, hanging out with my bridesmaids, and drinking mimosas without a worry in my mind. Would I recommend her even if she weren't my sister? Absolutely. It is why I'm also having her plan my baby shower!

I've known Courtney for many years and if there's one thing she loves to do, it's planning events! So when it came time to plan my wedding she was the first person to come to mind to help me coordinate my special day! My biggest flaw is I have all these big ideas but I struggle with the execution. Courtney on the other hand understands your vision and takes a step back to evaluate all the moving parts that will go into making your vision a reality! From the table layout to the decor throughout the venue, Courtney approached every situation calm and collected, which was a great counter balance! She asked questions on details I neglected to think about and shared suggestions on what we could do better! Courtney was quick on her feet to facilitate unexpected guests who attended and were unaware there was assigned seating. Courtney executed this flawlessly by rearranging guests at their tables to accommodate them, all without me knowing until well after it occurred-I couldn't have been more appreciative! I'd HIGHLY recommend Courtney for any event planning! She's extremely organized, she's not afraid to ask the tough questions, she faces the inevitable challenges head on and above all, she shares in the enthusiasm and excitement, which makes her so fun to work with!

When I first started wedding planning, I thought I didn’t need a wedding coordinator. Well let me tell you, our day would have fallen apart without Courtney.
From the start, she helped me so much. She wrote out my timeline based on all my wants, she answered all my ridiculous questions, and was there for me in every way possible.
On the night of the rehearsal dinner she was there, getting 20+ people coordinated (since we had huge wedding parties). Making sure we all knew our places, when to walk, where to stand, etc.
Then there was the day of the wedding. She helped us set up SO MUCH and organized our entire get ready tent (since we had a field wedding). When the wedding started she realized the DJ didn’t play the right song I wanted to walk down the aisle to. Then we were supposed to walk in to our first dance and he didn’t play it right away so we were standing there awkwardly. Courtney went right over and saved the day. She showed him where the song was and helped him get back on track, even though I emailed him a timeline of the times and songs he needed to play. She noticed he was unorganized and didn’t prepare for the night, so she went through the entire thing with him and legitimately saved our entire evening.
Through all of this, she had a smile on her face and didn’t seem stressed at all. This helped me SO MUCH since I was dying inside, I knew she had everything under control.
Overall, Courtney was completely amazing and I feel like I owe her my life. She is so sweet, positive, and very knowledgeable.

Hiring a coordinator was a last minute decision for us and I am so glad we did! We had an outdoor ceremony and reception at a family member’s house. Courtney gave so much of her time the day before to make sure everything was set up and then again the day of. She came bright and early and put all the last minute details together. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I was able to enjoy the day stress free! Courtney and her team did an outstanding job! Highly recommend!

The intuitive mind that Courtney has is helpful in planning any event. She was an enormous amount of help when I was planning the details of my wedding. I was able to give her small details that she could run with and create lists of ideas for me to look at. Courtney not only helped plan, organize, and coordinate the day of my wedding, but she also planned the bridal shower, the bachelor, and bachelorette weekend. My husband and I knew we wanted to do something as a group for the weekend, but we weren’t sure how to make everything go smoothly and work well when it came to the amount of people that we wanted to be involved. Courtney offered to organize the whole thing with every detail, and we were so grateful! We even got the surprise of having one of his groomsmen fly in for the weekend! We did a backyard wedding at my in-law’s house, which meant we had to do every detail from getting event tents and chairs, to making and buying all the decorations. Courtney helped break everything down to make it a lot easier to process. Her contacts and relationships with vendors made booking a DJ, photographer, and florist as easy as ever. When it came time for the big day she told me not to worry about a thing and she would make sure everything was perfect. I saw her out at the tables making sure the napkins were placed where they should be and straightening out all the centerpieces to make sure every detail was perfect for my special day. Courtney made sure that my daughter was taken care of by family, so I wouldn’t have to worry about her, and I wasn’t stressed. I didn’t get bothered with anything that would have made the day anything less than perfect!

We needed to bring in everything for our wedding at our venue. I was pretty confident with planning the wedding, however, what kept me up at night was the day of the wedding.
